Curious about people.
Inspired by data.
Hi, I'm Mazwani. Welcome to a little corner of my world — where thoughtful work meets the moments that make life lovely.
SOMEWHERE BETWEEN THE MOUNTAINS & THE MOMENTwith love, M.A little about me.
I believe the most interesting insights start with a simple question: why do people do what they do?
I'm Mazwani — a user operations and lifecycle marketing professional with a growing love for analytics and understanding human behaviour. My work lives at the intersection of people, creativity and data: building better experiences, finding meaningful patterns and turning insights into action.
Away from spreadsheets and campaigns, I find inspiration in quiet places, beautiful landscapes and the little details that make ordinary days feel special. This space is a bit of both sides of me.
The journey so far.
Different roles, different lessons. One continuous curiosity about connecting with people.
Building meaningful user relationships through lifecycle marketing, engagement initiatives, in-app events and data-driven decisions.
↗Managed Malaysia and Singapore user panels, retention campaigns, Braze communications and interactive engagement experiences.
↗Supported affiliate programmes and collaborated across teams to improve acquisition and traffic initiatives.
↗Coordinated acquisition campaigns, creator partnerships and large-scale online events to grow the community.
↗Worked across online reputation, social campaigns, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
↗The stories behind the data.
For my Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, I explored public sentiment about childfree choices in Malaysia — using large language models and transformer-based approaches to understand nuanced conversations.
The project combined text preprocessing, sentiment classification and thematic analysis, bringing together my interest in people with the possibilities of AI.
Little moments, big feelings.
Because there's more to a person than their résumé. A few frames from the places that make me pause.

Let's make something meaningful.
